here’s to the weekend…


~ sleep in~

~enjoy some morning goodness~

~go for a long walk around your neighborhood~

~clean out your junk drawyer~

~call your mom and tell her you love her~

~or your dad for that matter~

~curl up with that good book that you have been meaning to read~

~take some deep, slow breaths~

~ do nothing and be content with this~

~go outside and play~

~ make yourself some homemade waffles, pancakes, or french toast…with ALL the fixins’~

Most of all just take some time this weekend to think about what you are grateful for. If you want to make a change, go ahead and set some goals to make one. If you’ve had a busy week, make sure you make time to relax. Just let go of anything that has been dragging you down. Start next week refreshed and in a different state of mind. Enjoy every moment…myself, I have no plans set in stone. Hoping to get a few good runs in, practice some yoga and enjoy the warm weather that is still kickin’ arounnd…
